Arrests

* Matthew H. Jones, 33, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of assault and property damage.

* Keven K. Bevell Jr., 27, of Advance, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Three suspects were in custody pending formal charges of stealing at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.

* Derrick J. Tucker, 24, 221 William St., No. 1, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for speeding.

* Christopher E. Metcalf, 23, of Jackson was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.

* William V. Cole, 39, of Oak Ridge, Missouri, was arrested on three Cape Girardeau municipal warrants for failure to appear.

* Justin D. Cox, 31, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure.

Summons

* Austin T. Butorac, no age given, of Bloomington, Illinois, was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Jimmy D. Dachs, no age given, of Dexter, Missouri, was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.

* Heather M. Stafford, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to yield at Lexington Avenue and Missouri Highway W.

* Morgan S. McCormick, no age given, 1932 Rock Creek Drive, was issued a summons for failure to have insurance.

Assaults

* Joseph M. Busey, 22, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicatedon Interstate 55.

* Judy A. Maguire, 54, of Cape Girardeau was arrested at 3463 Armstrong Drive on an Alexander County, Illinois, warrant for failure to appear for methamphetamine possession.

* Theresa M. Randol, 35, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was arrested at 3463 Armstrong Drive on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation of probation and parole for driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked.

* Nicholas L. Barnes, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested in the 2000 block of U.S. 61 on suspicion of possession of intoxicating liquor by consumption.

* Austin R. Wilkinson, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested in the 2000 block of U.S. 61 on suspicion of possession of intoxicating liquor by consumption.

* Christopher Williams, 19, of Jackson was arrested in the 2000 block of U.S. 61 on suspicion of possession of intoxicating liquor by consumption.

* Jesse L. Zamudio, 31, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with no valid license, failure to register a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility at 17742 State Highway 177.

* Dorothy L. Babers, 34, of Jackson was arrested at 111 Skyline Drive on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for passing a bad check.

* Wyman C. Radford, 41, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated at State Highway K and Parkwood Lake Street.

* Jason D. Goodman, 32, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of two counts of domestic assault at 420 Shady Creek Lane.

* David O. Turner Jr., 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested at 2404 Windy Hill Lane on suspicion of resisting/interfering with arrest, domestic assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

* Dustin L. Tatum, 20, of Jackson was arrested at 216 N. Missouri St. on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation, possession of up to 36 grams of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* Thomas C. Stoops, 24, of Jackson was arrested at State Highway 25 and County Road 320 on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for seat belt violation.

* Russell W. Mackins, 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested at 294 Christine St. on a Cape Girardeau warrant for possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, two counts, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Demone L. Hopkins, 23, of Cairo, Illinois, was arrested on suspicion of exceeding posted speed limit and driving while revoked at State Highway 177 and State Highway V.

* William V. Cole III, 39, of Oak Ridge, Illinois, was arrested at 4676 State Highway B on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for stealing and failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Barbara J. Wecker, 65, of Norfolk, Nebraska, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of shoplifting.

* Christopher A. Meehan, 17, 306 Julies Drive, was issued a summons for failure to display license plate and failure to maintain insurance.
