DWI
* James Alton Atchley, 53, 149 Windy Point, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle without a helmet.
Arrests
* Two subjects were in custody pending formal charges for stealing.
* Stephanie Marie Lewis, 35, of Marston, Mo., was arrested on a New Madrid County warrant for a probation violation.
* Tabitha Nicole Hail, 25, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a weapons offense.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges for domestic assault.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges for assault, assault motivated by discrimination, unlawful use of a weapon and minor in possession of intoxicants.
* Justin Donald Statler, 26, 106 Edgewood Road, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for driving with a suspended license.
* Irineo Castaneda-Chavez, 25, 3003 Themis St. was arrested on suspicion of statutory rape.
* Jennifer M. Renand, 30, 329 N. Middle St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
Summonses
* Shannon D. Aden, 36, 1830 Marietta St., received a summons for driving while intoxicated, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle and failure to maintain a single lane.
* David C. Hammonds, 17, 1451 N. Main, received a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to maintain a single lane.
* Dereck J. Watts, 19, 3001 Themis, Apt. D, received a summons for refusal to disperse and interfering with arrest.
Assaults
* An assault was reported.

Thefts
* A cell phone and a wallet were reported stolen at 1101 Bloomfield St.
* A purse was reported stolen at 820 N. Sprigg St.
* A Missouri license plate was reported stolen at 2802 Independence St.
* Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported two incidents of gasoline stolen.
* Cash, an ATM card, MP3 player and headphones were reported stolen at 734 N. Middle St.
* A mountain bike was reported stolen at 1402 Dunklin St.
* A wallet was reported stolen at 3439 William St.
* A GPS unit was reported stolen at 1507 N. Main St.
Property damage
* A window was reported broken at 1241 Marilyn Drive.
* A vehicle was reported damaged at 2 N. Main St.
* A vehicle windshield and windows to a home were reported damaged at 1230 Sailer Circle.
* A lightbulb in a sign was reported broken at 631 S. Sprigg St.
Miscellaneous
* A wallet was reported found at 3280 Perryville Road.
* A 13-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for tampering.
* A 56-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
* Trespassing was reported.
* Phillips 66, 3276 William St., reported checks forged.
* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
