The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* James Alton Atchley, 53, 149 Windy Point, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle without a helmet.

Arrests

* Two subjects were in custody pending formal charges for stealing.

* Stephanie Marie Lewis, 35, of Marston, Mo., was arrested on a New Madrid County warrant for a probation violation.

* Tabitha Nicole Hail, 25, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a weapons offense.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges for domestic assault.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges for assault, assault motivated by discrimination, unlawful use of a weapon and minor in possession of intoxicants.

* Justin Donald Statler, 26, 106 Edgewood Road, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for driving with a suspended license.

* Irineo Castaneda-Chavez, 25, 3003 Themis St. was arrested on suspicion of statutory rape.

* Jennifer M. Renand, 30, 329 N. Middle St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

Summonses

* Shannon D. Aden, 36, 1830 Marietta St., received a summons for driving while intoxicated, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle and failure to maintain a single lane.

* David C. Hammonds, 17, 1451 N. Main, received a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to maintain a single lane.

* Dereck J. Watts, 19, 3001 Themis, Apt. D, received a summons for refusal to disperse and interfering with arrest.

Assaults

* An assault was reported.

* A cell phone and a wallet were reported stolen at 1101 Bloomfield St.

* A purse was reported stolen at 820 N. Sprigg St.
