The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Jacob Campbell, 35, of Fayetteville, Tennessee, was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.
* Kelbie B. Rodgers, 21, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
* Raymond C. Jackson, 37, 1021 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Jackson County, Missouri, warrant.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of resisting/interfering with arrest, driving while suspended, careless and imprudent driving and speeding.
* Lori A. Aufdenberg, 42, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
* Johnathan K.V. Lewis, 25, was issued a summons for shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* Ladislav Stastny, no age given, of Fenton, Missouri, was issued a summons for improper turn/lane change.
* Jarekious D. Bradley, no age given, 3 Village Drive, was issued a summons for leaving the scene and no insurance.
* Kristina L. Babb, 36, 1915 Good Hope St., was issued a summons for shoplifting at Nearly Perfect Shoes, 209 S. Kingshighway.
* Alvin L. Davie, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to stop at a steady red signal.
* Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported shoplifting.
* Theft of a motor vehicle was reported at 224 S. Spanish St.
* The Wet Seal, 3049 William St., reported shoplifting.
* Theft of a motor vehicle was reported at 211 Saint Francis Drive.
* Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported a television was stolen.
* Cape Trails Apartments, 1710 Sprigg St., reported a Freon canister stolen.
* A 2006 black Mitsubishi Eclipse was reported stolen at 121 East Rodney Drive and later recovered.
* License plates were reported stolen at 313 N. Fountain St.
* Burglary was reported at 414 Koch Ave.
* Domestic assault and violation of an order of protection were reported.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* A 29-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* Making a terrorist threat was reported.
* A 30-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
