The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Leon T. Steinbrenner III, 27, 3109 Themis St., Apt. 3, received a summons for driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain the right half of the road.

Arrests

* Jerry S. Williams, 49, homeless, was arrested on a Perry County warrant for possession of a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine precursors with the intent to manufacture and unlawful use of a drug paraphernalia.

* Lydia L. Lockridge, 23, 525 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for assault, failure to appear for stealing and failure to appear for false declaration.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of child endangerment and possession with the intent to distribute a controlled substance.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance.

* Heather Sue Tucker, 24, 2571 Magnolia Ave., was arrested on a Perry County warrant for a nonmoving traffic violation.

Summons

* Shauntel L. Roberts, 22, 317 Merriwether St., received a summons for property damage.

Assault

* An assault was reported.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

* Shoes and a camera were reported stolen.

* Medication was reported stolen.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 101 S. Pacific St.

Miscellaneous

* A 46-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.

* A 54-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.

* A 32-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
