The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
* Mark J. Rigdon, 41, 2641 Hopper Road, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding.
Arrests
* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of peace disturbance, behavior injurious to self and being beyond parental control.
Summonses
* Natasha L. Sullivan, 24, 513 S. Middle St., received a summons for failure to keep property free of litter, animal city license required and animal neglect.

* Shannon M. Adams, 32, of Jackson received a summons for excessive weed growth.
Assault
* Domestic assault was reported.
Theft
* The theft of animals and trespassing were reported.
Property damage
