CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance and receiving stolen property at 1126 N. Sprigg St.
• Alexis K. Johnson, 20, 146 Tomahawk Lane, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

Summons

• Jalana J. Johnson, 23, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for animal leash law required at 1913 Ritter Drive.

Assault

• Domestic assault was reported.

Robbery

• Robbery and armed criminal action were reported at 413 S. Benton St.

Thefts

• A ladder and scrap metal were reported stolen at 2560 Lisa Drive.
• A cellphone and money were reported stolen.

Miscellaneous

• Tampering with a motor vehicle was reported at 1006 Dearmore Court.
• Fraudulent use of a credit or debit device was reported.
• Harassment was reported.
• Protective custody was reported.
• An animal bite was reported.
