The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summonses

* Reta S. Delagarza, no age given, 1900 William St., was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.

* Tracey S. Davis, no age given, of Oak Ridge was issued a summons for following too close.

* Herman J. Eftink, no age given, of Oran, Missouri, was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.

* Deshanna L. Brown, no age given, 553 N. Middle St., was issued a summons for failure to yield.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

Burglary

* Burglary and the theft of a 1985 Yamaha RZ350, a 2000 Yamaha YZ125 and a 1975 Kawasaki were reported at 321 N. Broadview St.

Property damage

* Clothing, carpet and bedding were reported damaged at 1602 Amblewood Drive.
