The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* A 14-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of possession of marijuana and tobacco.
* Kendrick L. Tipler, 31, 1927 N. Kingshighway, No. 50, was arrested on suspicion of statutory sodomy.
* Andrew P. Young, 40, 337 N. Park St., No. 2, was arrested on suspicion of receiving stolen property at William Street and Kingshighway.
* Kenean L. Blackman, 24, 128 N. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Lionel L. Dixon, 30, of Columbia, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a concealable firearm.
* Denesha D. Walton, 26, 909 Hackberry St., No. 207, and Veronica C. Jones, 22, 807 William St., No. 1 Rear, were arrested on suspicion of hindering prosecution in the 2800 block of Whitener Street.
* Paul L. Martin, 33, 2842 Independence St., Apt. A, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for trespassing.
* Aunjolique D. Bellamy, 21, of Paducah, Kentucky, was arrested on suspicion of stealing earrings and a sports bra from Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance and DWI -- drug intoxication.
* Jamie Nichole Lamburth, 34, 235 Marlon Drive, was issued a summons for a leash law violation at 322 Country Club Drive.
* Susana Y. Cabrera, 2407 S. Sprigg St., was issued summonses for striking a stopped vehicle, no valid operator's license and failure to secure minors properly in a safety device at Southern Expressway and Corporate Circle.
* Alicia K. Wilson of St. Louis was issued summonses for following too closely and operating an unlicensed vehicle at Interstate 55 and U.S. 61.
* Sheila N. Mitchell, 50, 384 Estate Drive, No. 114, was issued a summons for stealing miscellaneous merchandise at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* Brent M. Weiler of Ste. Genevieve, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to yield at Dunklin Street and Missouri Avenue.
* Hannah R. Knight, 65 Sena Fawn Drive, was issued a summons for striking a lawfully stopped vehicle at Independence Street and U.S. 61.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* Burglary and theft of an Xbox 360, speakers, television, microphone and boom stand, Wii and various games and DVDs was reported at 1021 Bloomfield Road.
* Burglary and theft of a television were reported at 1927 N. Kingshighway No. 29.
* Theft of a time capsule, assorted cameras, flash memory and a watch were reported at Best Buy, 3026 William St.
* Theft of a purse and its contents was reported at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* Theft of a watch was reported at 10 S. Spanish St.
* Accidental damage to a vehicle was reported at 64 S. Plaza Way.
* A 25-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* Keys were found.
* Damage to windows on a vehicle was reported at 1003 William St.
* Damage to a glass window was reported at 45 S. West End Blvd.
* Fraudulent use of a credit or debit device was reported.
* Charles E. Clark, 32, of Jackson was arrested at 211 S. Union St. on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for second-degree burglary, stealing and first-degree property damage.
* David R. Taplin, 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested at State Highway K and Michael Drive on suspicion of driving while suspended, failure to maintain financial responsibility, an Alexander County, Illinois, warrant for failure to appear for traffic offense and a Massac County, Illinois, warrant for driving while suspended.
* Billie J. Robinson, 36, of Cape Girardeau was arrested at 3463 Armstrong Drive on a Butler County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for passing bad checks.
* Joan A. Thomas, 46, of Cape Girardeau was arrested at 5405 State Highway E on a Jackson warrant for stealing.
* Jesse R. Glover, 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested at 9154 State Highway 25 on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
