The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
- Two 15-year-old boys were arrested for assault.
- Jeremy N. King, 38, 1208 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for a traffic offense.
- Keith L. Gibson, 47, 808 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a trash violation.
- Dakota K. Minner, 20, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of assault.
Summonses
- Susanna J. Johnston, 50, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for an animal leash-law violation.
- Will H. Woods, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for striking a legally parked vehicle, failure to drive on right half of roadway and no insurance.
- Mark A. Holzum, 53, of Jackson was issued a summons for littering.
- Bobby E. Barlow, 42, of Delta was issued a summons for indecent exposure at 117 N. Main St.
Thefts
- Clothing and jewelry were reported stolen at 2163 Sussex Drive.
- A cellphone was reported stolen at 413 North St.
- An Xbox One was reported stolen at 603 Sycamore Circle.
- An Otterbox was reported stolen and a passenger window reported damaged at 10 S. Spanish St.
- Money was reported stolen at 3276 William St.

- An animal bite was reported.
- Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
- Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported.

Arrests
- Misty D. Blair, 34, of Jackson was arrested on a Leadington, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for traffic offense of driving while suspended/driving while revoked and speeding.
- Tara N. Depauw, 34, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for no operator's license, insurance violation, no operator's license and rear vehicle lights.
- Bobby L. Cantrell, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
- Randy J. Smith, 49, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance and possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana.
- Brittany P. Stewart, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended.
- Tyler W. Glydewell, 20, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of tampering and resisting/interfering with arrest.
