DWIs

* Cody W. Brashear, 20, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident.

* Ashley N. Windeknecht, 26, 119 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* A suspect was in custody pending charges of domestic assault.

* Samuel R. Poehlman, 29, 1015 Bloomfield Road, No. 11, was arrested on suspicion of burglary/stealing.

* Gregory W. Donner, 22, of Whitewater was arrested on suspicion of burglary/stealing.

* Timothy A. Kirkpatrick, 48, 1135 Giboney Ave., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

* Dakoda E. Umfleet, 25, 1226 N. Park St., was arrested on four Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for stealing, speeding, a seat belt violation and failure to return to confinement.

* Rondelius A. Mitchell, 35, of Catron, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest.

Summonses

* Mickelle D. Huskey, 19, 1006 N. Frederick St., Apt. B, received a summons for peace disturbance.

* Terry L. Seacrist, 54, 3825 Fawn Drive, received a summons for a sanitation violation.

Thefts

* Stealing/forgery was reported.

* Medication was reported stolen at 2001 N. Kingshighway.

* Buckner Brewing Co., 132 N. Main St., reported food and alcohol stolen.

* A TV and two Xboxes were reported stolen at 616 Koch Ave.

* A digital camera and jewelry were reported stolen at 2828 Themis St.

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 915 S. Pacific St.

* Electrical hair trimmers were reported stolen at 430 N. Frederick St.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported at 808 S. Benton St.

Property damage

* The Arbors, 2906 Beaver Creek Drive, reported damaged fencing.

Miscellaneous

* Resisting/interference with arrest was reported.

* A peace disturbance was reported at 1532 Bloomfield St.
