Arrests

* Douglas Ray Devore, 48, 534 Washington Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

* Emily Jo Aufdenberg, 38, 1434 Whitener St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Caleb B. Marshall, 23, of Scott City was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia and improper registration.

* Torress R. Baker, 32, 8 Village Drive, Apt. 3, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for child neglect and on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of a weapon.

* Daniel R. Hardin, 19, 707A Broadway, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.

* An 11-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for property damage.

Summonses

* Barbara J. Deal, 82 Sena Fawn Drive, was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Edna J. Gates, no age given, 259 N. Park Ave., Apt. 3, was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* James Alan Kleinschmidt, 26, of Perryville, Missouri, was issued a summons for stealing.

* Jonathan Paul Heiland, 21, of Naples, Florida, was issued a summons for indecent exposure.

Assaults

* Assault on emergency personnel was reported at 1701 Lacey St.

* Assault was reported at 820 N. Sprigg St.

Burglary

* Burglary and theft of a key were reported at the Cape County Memorial Park Cemetery, 2315 N. Kingshighway.

Thefts

* Theft of a cellphone case was reported at Velosity Electronics, 500 N. Kingshighway.

* Theft, forgery and fraudulent use of a credit device were reported.

* Theft of a wallet was reported at 901 N. Fountain St.

* Robert J. Cureton, 31, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of third-degree domestic assault and parental kidnapping.

* Tucker G. Koenig, 27, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault.

* Joy D. Young, 46, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of making a false report and fraudulent use of a credit device.

* Kevin D. Posch, 36, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of first-degree endangering the welfare of a child, first-degree domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon.

* Christy A. Hottes, 35, of Du Quoin, Illinois, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for violation of an order of protection.

* Casaundra A. Hill, 32, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for dangerous drugs.

* Lacey Solis, 18, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.
