The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Son T. Nguyen, 56, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right half of the road and no insurance.

* Tony D. Lincoln Jr., 21, 605 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a single lane.

Arrests

* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for resisting arrest, unlawful use of a weapon and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* Aubrey W. Beene, 33, of Tamms, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of stealing and possession of a controlled substance.

* Randy L. Aslup, 24, of Sparta, Tenn., was arrested on a Poplar Bluff, Mo., warrant for shoplifting.

* Mark A. Reihl, 50, 1527 Jane Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving in a careless and imprudent manner and possession of marijuana.

* Christopher D. Nichols, 18, 2021 Kenneth Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Summonses

* Ronald F. Hale, 69, 2403 Erna St., received a summons for excessive weed growth.

* Assault was reported.

Burglaries

* A burglary and the theft of a laptop computer, PlayStation 3 and money were reported at 424 S. Missouri Ave.

* A burglary and the theft of a laptop computer were reported at 1007 Themis St.

* Rent One, 610 S. Kingshighway, reported a burglary and the theft of a television.

Thefts

* A shotgun and case were reported stolen at 2831 Whitener St., Apt. 10.

* Money was reported stolen at 2852 Independence St.

* Money was reported stolen at 1108 Perry Ave.

Property damage

* Knowingly burning and damage to a vehicle were reported at 908 S. Benton St.

* Damage to a window was reported at 605 Independence St.
