DWIs

* Brittany A. Stanton, 22, of Thebes, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Damon L. Dowdell, 40, 3125 Themis St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, posssession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests

* Danielle Nichole Hagan, 21, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of stealing jewelry from Claire's Boutique, 3049 William St.

* Dawn Marie Bohannon, 33, 1828 Margaret St., was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault.

* Steven R. Hanks Jr., 18, no address given, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court and a Bollinger County warrant for failure to appear on contempt of court.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Nathan T. Flannell, 29, of New Burnside, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

* Joshua Steven Boyer, 24, 423 Marroseann Drive, was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* A 16-year-old girl was citied into juvenile court on a warrant arrest.

* A 16-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of making a false declaration and interfering with an arrest.

* Steven C. Seabaugh, 40, 2108 Nottingham Lane, was arrested on suspicion of violation of an ex parte order.

* A subject was in custody pending the filing of formal charges of drug possession, driving while revoked and failure to use both headlights.

* A 12-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of property damage and unlawful use of a weapon.

* Kiarra N. Payne, 18, 122 E. Mary St., Jackson, received a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.

* Rachael N. Peart, 23, 1005 N. Middle St., received a summons for public consumption of alcohol.

* Ashley E. Schermerhorn, 22, 2527 Old Toll Road, Jackson, received a summons for fighting in public.

* Lauren A. Caffey, 19, of Sikeston, Mo., received a summons for fighting in public.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported two incidents of theft of fuel.

* Kidd's, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.

* Property damage and trespassing were reported at 124 S. Pacific St.

* Property damage and burglary were reported.

* A driver's side mirror on a vehicle was reported damaged at 3265 William St.

* A vehicle tire was reported damaged at 6 N. Henderson Ave.

* A vehicle window and trunk were reported damaged at 642 Whitelaw Ave.

* A vehicle's passenger windows were reported damaged at 226 N. Ellis St., and an MP3 player and charger were reported stolen.

Miscellaneous

* A 22-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
