CAPE GIRARDEAU
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
- Brittany N. Pagano, 26, 423 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a traffic offense.
- A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of burglary.
- Shannon M. Adams, 35, 9 Village Drive, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants failure to appear for high weeds and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation.
- A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.
- Kenneth I. Parrow, 20, 1200 Cousin St., was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant for failure to appear for violation of a court order and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for marijuana possession.
- Hannah E. Durham, 21, of Union, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
- Dat T. Pham, 41, of Carterville, Illinois, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for possession of synthetic marijuana.
- Kristopher L. Blair, 28, 626 Timon Way, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
- Colleen A. Lewis, 44, of St. Louis was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia.
- A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of resisting arrest.
Summonses
- Jodie R. Govero, no age given, of St. Louis was issued a summons for failure to yield.
- Cameron J. Popp, no age given, of St. Louis was issued a summons for failure to yield.
- Victor L. Timothy, no age given, of Caruthersville, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a red light and no operator's license.
- Peggy R. Pletcher, no age given, of Chaffee, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to yield.
- Amanda S. Calhoun, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for following too closely.
Thefts
- Cologne was reported stolen at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.
- A license plate was reported stolen.
- Tools were reported stolen at 2807 Lear Drive.
- A cream 2005 Buick Rendezvous was reported stolen at 3049 William St.
- A license plate was reported stolen at 909 Hackberry St.
- An AT&T touch screen was reported stolen at 525 S. Sprigg St.
- Stealing and trespassing was reported by Cape Shrine Club, 2424 S. Sprigg St.
- Jewelry was reportedly stolen from a motor vehicle at 1301 N. Main St.
- Game consoles were reportedly stolen at 418 Sheridan Drive.
Burglary
- Burglary and violation of an order of protection were reported.
Property damage
- Property damage was reported at 2030 Broadway.
Miscellaneous
- Forgery was reported.
- A 39-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
- A request for service was reported.
- Three violations of orders of protection were reported.
- A 55-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
- Possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia were reported.
- A violation of an education requirement for a child was reported.

Arrests
- Arianna E. Hurly, 19, of Bertrand, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana.
- Anthony T. Klunk, 18, of Charleston, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana.
- Vincent L. Flores, 28, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
- Samuel A. Below, 36, of Delta was arrested on suspicion of a violation of an order of protection of an adult.
- James. P Joyce II, 24, of Benton, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of two counts of possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
- Darrell W. McIntyre Jr., 35, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of two counts of possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
- Gabriella B. Durham, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on an Alexander County, Illinois, warrant for failure to appear for burglary/theft.
- Jake A. Scroggins, 23, of Jackson was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for a probation violation for driving while intoxicated, failure to appear for possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia; and a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked and failure to drive in single lane.
- Sara J. Bartels, 40, of Advance, Missouri, was arrested on a Delta warrant for failure to appear for failure to maintain financial responsibility.
