The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Gabriel Michael Austin, 28, 507 Cape Meadows Drive, No. 9, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Mark Wade Unger, 45, 4218 Bloomfield Road, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* James Guy Lumos, 30, 406 East Cape Rock Drive, was arrested on suspicion of burglary.

* Angel A. Barajas, 35, 2640 Hopper Road, was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Derrick Lamont Jones, 46, 129 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Poplar Bluff, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

Thefts

* Money, jewelry and a GPS were reported stolen at 901 W. Fort St.

* A truck was reported stolen at 1861 Themis St.

* Bella Italia, 20 N. Spanish St., reported barstools stolen.

* BiState, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

* A CD was reported stolen at 439 S. Spring Ave.

* A wallet was reported stolen at 416 North St.

* Jasper's, 407 Morgan Oak St., reported fuel stolen.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 921 Perry Ave.

* A vehicle's mirror was reported damaged at 807 N. Sprigg St.

* A door was reported damaged at 123 Hazel St.

* Sides Metal Recycling, 800 Giboney Ave., reported property damage.

* A violation of an order of protection was reported.
