The Cape Girardeau police department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

  • Iris L.L. Anderson, 28, 122 Centennial Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
  • Joshua K. Morris, 29, 2308 Jane Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the road.

Arrests

  • Vontesha M. Gray, 21, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for stealing.
  • Daniel M. Lawrence, 37, 615 Boxwood Drive, was arrested on suspicion of stealing clothes at Dollar General, 724 Broadway, and resisting arrest.
  • A 14-year-old girl and a 15-year-old girl were taken into custody on suspicion of assault.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.
  • Tyiesha F. Hyte, 33, of Mound City, Illinois, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for theft.
  • Tevin T. Golden, 22, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of possession of heroin with intent to distribute.
  • Demarcus A. Arterberry, 25, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested of suspicion of possession of heroin with intent to distribute.
  • Derek R. Ivy, 34, of Benton, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

Summons

  • Marcus A. Rice, 29, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Assault

  • Domestic assault was reported

  • Adam E. Collier, 26, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked.

Arrests

  • Demetrius E. Robinson, 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of distribution or possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance.
  • Austin E. Bush, 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine and two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear in court.
  • Daniel L. Harris Jr., 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for third-degree domestic assault.
  • Tyler R. Martin, 25, of Jackson was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation violation for driving while intoxicated and for probation violation for possession of marijuana.
  • Timmy D. Davis, 42, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
  • Dayna L. Pickell, 44, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Phelps County, Missouri, warrant for financial exploitation of an elderly/disabled person.
  • Jenna A. Young, 29, of Oak Ridge was arrested on a Union County, Illinois, warrant for probation violation for aggravated robbery and burglary.
