The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Jacob A. Roberts, 21, 1129 Lexington Ave., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked.

Arrests

• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of unlawful possession of a concealable firearm.

Summonses

• Anna M. Peshoff, no age given, of Lowndes, Missouri, was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.
• Tinea Leeann Ortega, 35, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for animal maintaining a nuisance.

Thefts

• A white 2013 Kia Soul was reported stolen at 630 S. Henderson Ave.
• An iPhone 6 was reported stolen at 15 N. Main St.
• A bicycle was reported stolen at 1545 N. Main St.
• Missouri license plate 45E-4JT was reported stolen at 617 North St.
• A battery was reported stolen at 2365 Rust Ave.

Robbery

• Robbery was reported.

Assaults

• Domestic assault and armed criminal action were reported.
• Sexual assault was reported.

Property damage

• A vehicle was reported damaged at 1220 S. West End Blvd.
• A vehicle window was reported broken at 401 N. Louisiana Ave.
