The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Ashley D. Webb, 23, 1110 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of receiving stolen property.
* Tyler E. Borgfield, 24, 526 Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of tampering with a motor vehicle.
* Hadley J. Bowen, 19, 6 Village Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and property damage.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of property damage at 119 Independence St.
* Jessica M. Jolly, 24, 316 S. Lorimier St., was arrested on a Stoddard County, Mo., warrant for probation violation.
* Emily S. Cresto, 18, 3129 Themis St., Apt. B, was arrested on a Union County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear for a traffic violation and issued a summons for shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* Nathaniel V. Golden, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for following too close.
* Tommy L. Hooker, 22, of Hayti, Mo., and Michael S. Harmon, 45, 1032 Bloomfield Road, were issued summonses for peace disturbance.
* Amy E. Dover, no age given, of Jackson was issued summonses for driving with expired license plates, failure to yield, no insurance and failure to wear a seat belt; and Gary W. Proffer, 38, 1224 Jefferson Ave., was issued a summons for failure to wear a seat belt.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* Domestic assault and property damage were reported.
* Park Pharmacy, 37 Doctor's Park Drive, reported burglary, theft and property damage.
* Theft of checks was reported at 2857 Themis St.
* Theft of medication was reported at 104 William St.
* Theft and property damage were reported at 2526 Allendale Drive.
* Theft of a watch was reported at 642 S. Spring Ave.
* Damage to a vehicle was reported at the 600 block of Louis Street.
* Damage to windows was reported at 126 N. Main St.
* Property damage was reported at 417 S. Fountain St.
* Property damage was reported at 146 S. Benton St.
* Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported.
* A 57-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* Fraud was reported.
* A 45-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* A 23-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* A 35-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* A 35-year-old woman was reported as a missing person.
* A violation of order of protection was reported.
* A 29-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

The Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety released the following item:
* Christopher W. Siebert, 24, of Chaffee, Mo., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.
