* Suspects were taken into custody pending formal charges of theft and possession of a controlled substance at Walmart, 3439 William St.
* Kendrick D. Kimble, 31, 103 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for driving while revoked, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to show proof of insurance and for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for speeding and driving while suspended.
* Ryamond C. Jackson, 37, 1021 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Jackson County warrant for probation violation.
* A suspect was taken into custody pending formal charges of false declaration.

* Heydar F. Aliyev, no age given, 1436 Rose St., was issued a summons for failure to drive on the right side of the road.
* Joanne K. Ellison, no age given, of Advance, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to yield.
* Timothy A. Woods, no age given, of Scott City was issued a summons for following too closely.
* Brandon W. Rains, no age given, 185 E. Cape Rock Drive, was issued a summons for following too closely.
* A wallet was reported stolen at North Hanover and Independence streets.
* Theft was reported at 609 N. Middle St.
* A trailer and two riding lawn mowers were reported stolen at 1850 Dunklin St.
* A license plate was reported stolen at 1527 N. Water St.
* Identity theft was reported at 1751 Themis St.

* Weenena A. Lamoureux, 46, of Jackson was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear in court for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Craig A. Heisserer, 19, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of being a visibly intoxicated minor.
