The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* A 16-year-old was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of being beyond parental control.

* Two subjects were in custody pending formal charges of stealing.

* Travis M. Craft, 24, of Jackson was arrested on a St. Francis County warrant for child neglect.

* Betty A. Logan, 23, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for false declaration and assault.

Summonses

* Connor D. Fanger, 17, 424 S. Spring St. apt. C, received a summons for shoplifting at Walmart, 3439 William St.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

* Assault was reported at 916 College St.

* Domestic assault was reported.

Robbery

* A robbery was reported.

Burglary

* A burglary and the theft of a TV were reported at 1921 N. Kingshighway.

* A burglary and the theft of a TV, DVD, cellphone and iPad with speakers were reported at 505 N. Kingshighway.

Thefts

* Identity theft was reported.

* A DVD player and DVD were reported stolen at 689 Highland Drive.

* An Xbox, games, iPod and backpack were reported stolen at 800 Normal Ave.

* A camera was reported stolen at 427 S. Benton St.

* Mobile One, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

* A 1973 Chevrolet C10 pickup truck was reported stolen at 1080 S. Silver Springs Road.

Property damage

* Damage to a window was reported at 540 S. Pacific St.

* Damage to a hood was reported at 1735 Luce St.

Miscellaneous

* A 22-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* A 45-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

Southeast Missouri State University

The Department of Public Safety released the following. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Theft

* Theft of less than $500 was reported at General Services.
