The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Blake A. Carlton, 21, of Wildwood, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failing to signal.

* Jo H. Pavone, 36, 913 Hickory St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving with a revoked license, obstructing traffic and littering.

Arrests

* Robert Grant, 18, 609 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of stealing two PS3 video games at Sears Grand, 330 Siemers Drive.

* Lorenzo Tate Jr., 22, 211 S. Park Ave., was arrested on suspicion of interfering with arrest, possession of 35 grams or less of marijuana and no license.

* Kerry D. Dickinson, 22, was arrested for refusal to disperse and on a Cape Girardeau municipal warrant for failure to appear in court for maintaining a disorderly house.

Assaults

* An assault was reported.

* Assault and unlawful use of a weapon was reported.

* A man was taken into custody pending formal charges of second-degree assault.
