- A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession with intent, driving a motor vehicle without two operating headlamps and driving without a seat belt.

- Timothy J. Biggerstaff, 19, of Jackson was issued a summons for assault at Water and Themis streets.
Thefts
- A motor vehicle was reported stolen at 3112 Themis St.
- Identity theft was reported.
Miscellaneous
- Fraudulent use of credit/debit device was reported at 3440 Lowes Drive.
- Tampering with a motor vehicle was reported at Hertz Rental Car, 879 N. Kingshighway.
- Forgery was reported at 517 S. Kingshighway.
