The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Brandon L.A. Crumb, 26, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, no operator's license and failure to turn on headlights.
* Mark A. Oswald, no age given, 1803 N. West End Blvd., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.
* Kristopher L.M. Taylor, 21, 909 Hackberry St., No. 205, and Tommy Lee J. Tipler, 19, 1115 Bloomfield Road, were arrested on suspicion of prohibited acts/noises.
* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of a peace disturbance and behavior injurious to self or others.
* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.
* Jonathan L. Popp, 30, 2677 Hopper Road, was arrested on four Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for a seat belt violation, improper registration and two counts of suspended operator's license.
* Matthew J. Curtis, 19, of High Ridge, Mo., was issued a summons for unlawful use of a driver's license.
* Kayla Marie Lawrence, 21, 463 Whispering Meadows, was issued a summons for possession of marijuana.
* Anthony Vato Bailey, 23, of Tamms, Ill., was issued a summons for prohibited acts/noises.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* Burglary, the theft of electronic equipment and damage to a door window were reported at 542 Asher St.
* Burglary and the theft of a bow were reported at 710 Morgan Oak St.
* Burglary, damage to a door and the theft of a laptop computer were reported at 2857 Themis St.
* Fox Family Dentistry, 832 N. Kingshighway, reported burglary.
* River City Dental Arts, 889 N. Kingshighway, reported burglary and theft.
* Theft of medication was reported at 2421 Albert Rasche Drive.
* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.
* Theft of a license plate was reported at 715 Ranney Ave.
* Damage to vehicle windows was reported at 1606 Independence St.
* Damage to a vehicle door was reported at 2709 Partridge Court.
* Prohibited acts/noises were reported.
* A 14-year-old boy was reported as a runaway juvenile.
* Statutory rape and statutory sodomy were reported.
* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.
* Prohibited acts/noises were reported at 1946 Delwin St.
* An animal bite was reported at 1701 Lacey St.
* A 31-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
