Cape Girardeau
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
* A subject was in custody pending the filing of formal charges on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, failure to maintain one lane of traffic and failure to signal.
* Diana R. Guffey, 51, 2455 Sunny Lane, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
* Morris L. Carwile, 61, 1803 Bloomfield St., was arrested on suspicion of animal abuse.
* Logan P. Wilson, 19, of Advance, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of attempting to manufacture a controlled substance.
* Jannet L. Wiley, 48, 604 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of harassment and trespassing.
* Kaley J. McGuigan, 21, 526 Boxwood Drive, was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting from Walmart, 3439 William St.
* La'Taisha E. Roberts, 20, 317 Merriwether St., was arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance.
* Travis L. Curry, 25, 304 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of property damage and a peace disturbance.
* Julie S. Lowe, 42, 56 N. Park St., was arrested on suspicion of forgery and on a warrant for absconding from probation.
* William L. Kibble, 34, of St. Louis was arrrested on a St. Louis County warrant for nonsupport.
* Corey D. Hodges, 40, 921 Hackberry St. was arrested on a warrant for asconding from probation.
* A 14-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of theft, being a minor in possession of cigarettes and being beyond parental control.
Assault
* A domestic assault was reported.
Thefts
* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.
* Money was reported stolen at 1013 William St.
* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.
* Bi-State, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.
* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.
* An iPod was reported stolen at 1747 Whitener St.
* Rhodes 101, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported gasoline stolen.
* DMart, 3415 William St., reported gasoline stolen.
* Foeste Nursery, 1020 Clark Ave., reported tools stolen.
* CDs, an iPod and miscellaneous items were reported stolen at 1710 N. Sprigg St.
* Meyer Realty, 230 N. Sprigg St., reported a signpost stolen.
* A DVD/VCR player and a CD/cassette player were reported stolen at 841 S. Sprigg St.
Property damage
* A vehicle was reported damaged at 1701 Lacey St.
* A vehicle was reported damaged at 1710 N. Sprigg St.
Miscellaneous
* Harassment was reported.
* A 28-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* A 26-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* A 47-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* A violation of an order of protection for an adult was reported.
* A 42-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* A firearm was reported found.
* A violation of an order of protection was reported.
