DWI

* Robert D. Gauthier, 32, 115 C St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene.

Arrests

* Dedrick V. Williams, 27, 2826 Whitener St., Apt. 3, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for improper registration and failure to appear for speeding.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of no headlamps, no operator's license and no insurance.

* Two subjects were in custody pending formal charges of robbery.

* Dean A. Day, 36, of Fruitland was arrested on a federal warrant for being a felon in possession of a firearm.

* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of sexual misconduct.

* Travis D. Williams, age not given, 810 William St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Steven M. Johnson, 32, no address given, and Kenneth W. Brenner, 23, 1104 William St., were arrested on suspicion of stealing and unlawful use of a weapon.

* William D. Webb, 47, 269 N. Lorimier St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for peace disturbance.

* Dustin R. Schmidt, 30, of Dutchtown was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Walmart, 3439 William Street.

* Derick D. Tucker, 28, 1106 Big Bend Road, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for revoked operator's license.

* LaShanda P. Grisby, 34, 507 Cape Meadows Circle, No. 12, received a summons for placement of waste containers.

* Charles P. Jestus, 64, 1224 Jefferson Ave., received a summons for trespassing.
