CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Lora Kinnison of Cape Girardeau was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
• Elijah Pratt of Cape Girardeau was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.
• A juvenile is in custody pending formal charges for possession of a controlled substance.
• Mary L. Edwards, 32, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear/show cause for striking a legally parked vehicle, financial responsibility, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident, and revoked operator's license.
• Peggie A. Austin, 51, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
• Deandre Betts, 27, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County probation and parole warrant for parole violation.
• Austin A. Abernathy, 25, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for rear lights.

Assault

• Domestic assault was reported.

Theft

• Money was reported stolen at 1827 Stoddard St.

DWI

• A subject is in custody pending charges for driving while intoxicated.

Miscellaneous

• Fraud was reported at 97 N. Kingshighway.
• Assist other agency was reported.
• Violation of full order of protection was reported.
