CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Jared T. Overman, 23, 816 Themis St., was issued summonses for driving while intoxicated, driving while suspended and speeding.
• Walter T. Phillips, 23, of Jackson was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.
• Ryan D. Dietz of Florissant, Missouri, was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of property damage.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing at Hancock Fabrics, 210 S. Silver Springs Road.
• Joseph D. Puckett, 31, of Scott City was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for fraudulent check.
• A juvenile was cited into juvenile court for resisting/interfering with arrest and missing juvenile.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault.
• Mackenzie C. Dale, 26, 2700 Pioneer Drive, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of violation of an order of protection.
• Krista Kay Bates, 26, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for stealing.
• Bruel Neal Miller, 21, 2004 Dunklin St., was arrested on a Butler County, Missouri, warrant for stalking.

Summons

• Jason E. Housman, 524 Washington Ave., was issued a summons for failure to yield.

Assault

• Domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

• A vacuum was reported stolen from Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.
• Theft of a camera and trespassing were reported at Great Lakes Dock and Dredge, 1350 N. Water St.
• A car key was reported stolen at 2126 Independence St.
• Money was reported stolen at 511 N. Kingshighway.
• A cellphone was reported stolen at 207 S. Louisiana Ave.
• A cellphone, laptop, Nook tablet, two iPhones and Kin camera were reported stolen at 421 Sheridan Drive.
• A vehicle battery was reported stolen at 224 N. Lorimier St.
• Jewelry was reported stolen.
• A wallet and contents were reported stolen.
• Identity theft was reported.
• Medication was reported stolen at 2854 Hopper Road.
• Identity theft was reported.
• A radar receiver was reported stolen at 304 S. Mt. Auburn Road.

Property damage

• A vehicle was reported damaged at 1605 Bel Air Drive.

Miscellaneous

• Interference with custody was reported.
• An animal bite was reported at 1112 Harmony St.
• Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device and identity theft were reported.
