Arrests

* Harvey E. Gaddy, homeless, was arrested on suspicion of burglary and stealing.

* A 13-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of truancy.

* An 11-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.

* A 12-year-old girl and an 11-year-old boy were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of peace disturbance.

* Two 13-year-old boys were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of peace disturbance.

* Jason A. Heeter, 23, 1425 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of interfering with arrest.

* Steven R. Sadler, 30, 838 S. Ellis St., and Heather N. Toma, 24, 1119 Ranney Ave., were arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Antwon M. Beasley, 39, 2806 Independence St., No. 1, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Miesha R. Page, 20, 412 Sheridan Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for seat belt violation.

* Keithy D. Carter, 19, 623 S. Ellis St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for contempt of court, on a Stoddard County warrant for failure to appear for traffic offenses, and on a Union County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear for drug offenses.

* Trevon D. Starnes, 18, 517 Amethyst St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of stalking.

* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of truancy.

* A 13-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.

* A 10-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of behavior injurious to self and others.

* Lindsey R. Moore, 19, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* Russell S. Jackmann, 52, 38 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on four Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for assault, failure to appear for property damage, failure to appear for improper registration and failure to appear for prohibited acts.

* Michael D. Owens, 54, of Mounds, Ill., was arrested on a warrant of commitment.

* Nolan T. Rodgers, 921 Perry Ave., was arrested on a warrant.

* Erica D. Robertson-Ray 103 N. Clark Ave., was arrested on suspicion of prohibited acts (noise).

Summonses

* Jeffery S. Burton, 50, 919 S. Sprigg St., received a summons for a leash law violation.

* Xiaoyong O'Neal, 48, 535 S. Benton St., received a summons for excessive weed growth.

* Daniel Sanders, 50, of Jackson received a summons for peace disturbance.

* Damage to a vehicle window was reported at 3026 William St.

* Calvin L. Garner, 42, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked.

Arrests

* Patricia A. Baugh, 52, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of failure to register a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.

* Whitney J. Brown, 23, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended.

* James L. Henry, 38, of Jackson was arrested on two Gordonville warrants for failure to appear for driving while suspended and failure to appear for exceeding posted speed limit.

* Dana L. Wren, 33, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Joseph W. Kilhafner, 32, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stalking.
