The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Jackson C. Davis, 31, 906 N. Frederick St., received a summons for driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Keith Darnell Carter, 18, 617 N. Spanish St., was arrested on a Union County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear for possession of marijuana and on suspicion of no license and possession of marijuana.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of possession with the intent to distribute.

* Ethan Nicholas Jokerst, 21, of St. Mary, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of property damage, littering and tampering.

* Jacob Elliot Roth, 21, of Ste. Genevieve, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of property damage, littering, stealing and tampering.

Summonses

* Kenneth D. Garrett, 40, 1611 Price Drive, received a summons for maintaining a nuisance.

Thefts

* Three gold rings were reported stolen at 1723 Rampart St.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.

* A model car, clothing and an old Coke bottle were reported stolen at 101 N. Sprigg St.

Miscellaneous

* Violation of an education requirement was reported at 520 Minnesota Ave.

* Statutory sodomy was reported.
