DWI

  • Julian Cass Chavez, 26, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving with a suspended license and careless and imprudent driving.

Arrests

  • Malorie Lynn Edwards, 27, homeless, was arrested on a Union County, Illinois, warrant for failure to appear for possession of marijuana.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving with a suspended license.
  • Justin Dennis Marberry, 25, 1412 N. Kingsway, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation.
  • David Edward Sorensen, 52, 120 N. Sprigg St., Apt. 3, was arrested on a St. Louis County warrant for probation violation.
  • Two 15-year-old girls were cited into juvenile court for peace disturbance.
  • Steven James Crigger, 39, 925 N. Mount Auburn Road, was arrested on a Wichita, Kansas, warrant for aggravated failure to appear.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing and possession of methamphetamine.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.
  • Chasity R. Harris, 37, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for felony probation violation.
  • Andrew T. Laxton, 23, of Delta was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for possession and careless and imprudent driving.

Summonses

  • Stephen James Hopin, 63, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for peace disturbance.
