The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* John Lamar Holdiness, 25, 844 Rodney Vista Drive, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Subjects were in custody pending formal charges of receiving stolen property.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

* A 16-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of being beyond parental control.

* Jamie Nichole Lamburth, 31, 1142 N. Frederick St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for contempt of court for no insurance and no seat belt.

* Anthony Dale Shelton, 33, of Anna, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to distribute and endangering the welfare of a child.

* Troy Anthony Figliolo, 28, 836 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to distribute and endangering the welfare of a child.

* Rebecca Marie Martin, 25, 836 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to distribute and endangering the welfare of a child.

* Adam Daniel Cromer, 20, 603 Mechaw Lane, was arrested on suspicion of burglary, property damage and stealing.

Summonses

* Lynsi Dawn Mayberry, 20, 3674 State Highway A, received a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.

* Bradley Matthews Deprow, 22, 807 N. Sprigg St., Apt. 303, received a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.

Thefts

* An Xbox, PlayStation and various games were reported stolen at 509 S. Henderson Ave.

* Theft was reported at 44 S. West End Blvd.

* A 1995 white Ford F250 was reported stolen at 1300 N. Water St.

* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported a television stolen.

* Clothing and keys were reported stolen at 526 S. Benton St.

Burglary

* A door was reported damaged at 1015 Bloomfield St., where an iPhone was reported stolen.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported at 916 Jefferson Ave.

* A vehicle was reported damaged at Houck Place and Bellevue Street.

* Door glass was reported broken at 836 College St.

* Damage to a car tire was reported at 538 Cape Meadows Circle.

* Property damage was reported at 7 Village Drive.

Assaults

* Domestic assault, fraudulent use of a credit device and property damage were reported.

* Domestic assault was reported.

Miscellaneous

* Prohibited acts, noise, was reported at 312 Bellevue St.

* An animal bite was reported at North West End Boulevard and Themis Street.

* Invasion of privacy was reported.

* A 47-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
