The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* John A. Wollenburg, 25, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to drive within traffic lanes and failure to have insurance.

Arrests

* Joshua H. Trankle, 28, 924 West Cape Rock Drive, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* David L. McClain, 21, 429 N. Frederick St., was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Thomas A. Koehler II, 39, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest.

* Ashley N. Mackins, 28, 451 N. Frederick St., Apt. 1, was arrested on Alexander County, Ill., warrants for failure to appear and failure to appear for driving with a suspended license.

* Erin L. Cordell, 17, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested and a 16-year-old girl was taken into custody on suspicion of stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* A 13-year-old girl was taken into custody on suspicion of assault.

* Dillon J. Schermer, 26, 1425 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a Madison County warrant for contempt of court for possession of marijuana.

* Melissa E. Geringer, 22, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Jason A. Heeter, 22, 1425 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of interference with arrest.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

Summonses

* Jennifer R. Deberry, 35, 541 S. Benton St., received a summons for improper placement of waste containers.

* Paula D. Diebold, 48, of Chaffee, Mo., received a summons for excessive weed growth.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

Burglary

* A burglary, the theft of a tablet, iPod and cellphone, and damage to a door were reported at 121 East Rodney Drive.

Thefts

* Money was reported stolen at 1700 Broadway.

* Identity theft was reported.

* Theft and forgery were reported.

* An iPhone was reported stolen at 40 S. Sprigg St.

Property damage

* Damage to a satellite dish was reported at 1005 Good Hope St.

* Damage to a windshield was reported at 909 Enterprise St.
