The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Amber L.N. Swader, 28, 1008 Bloomfield Road, was arrested on suspicion of fraudulent use of a credit device.

* Matthew R. Palmer, 20, 3009 Mimosa St., Apt. 3, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Cedric J. Lucious, 23, 431 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for harassment.

Thefts

* A bicycle was reported stolen in the 500 block of South Frederick Street.

* A 1993 black GMC truck was reported stolen at 1522 Elfrink Drive.

* A duffle bag and it's contents were reported stolen at 906 N. Frederick St.

Miscellaneous

* Harassment was reported.
