CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Dannielle J. Harwell, 25, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., on two Stoddard County, Missouri, warrants for burglary and child neglect.
• Jordan L. Knuckles, 26, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., on two Stoddard County, Missouri, warrants for probation violation for burglary and child neglect.
• Dreshane A. Ayers, 21, homeless, was arrested on four Cape Girardeau warrants for stealing, probation violation and resisting arrest.
• Travis D. Riggs, 26, 33 Ellis St., Apt. A, was arrested at William Street and South Mount Auburn Road on a Chaffee, Missouri, warrant for driving while revoked.
• Mark A. Messmer, 43, of Chaffee, Missouri, was arrested at 2021 Independence St. on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for parole violation.
• Teddy L. West, 21, 121 East Rodney Drive, was arrested at 121 East Rodney Drive on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for traffic violation.
• Gary L. Harris, 57, no address given, was arrested at 534 N. Fountain St. on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
• Rani L. Burden, 23, 116 Parkwood Lake, No. 132, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
• Tiffany N. Whitaker, 35, of Malden, Missouri, was arrested on a Stoddard County, Missouri, warrant for child neglect non-support,
• Jimmy M. Ogden, 37, of Bell City, Missouri, was arrested at 1701 Lacey St. on a Miner, Missouri, warrant for failure to register a vehicle.
• Thomas O. Mihan, 49, 909 Hackberry St., was arrested at William Street and South Sprigg Street on a Butler County, Missouri, warrant for robbery.
• Thomas B. McCall, 44, 45 S. West End Blvd., No. 306, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for revoked operator's license.
• Marwan L. Darnell Jr., 24, 735 William St., No. 6, was arrested at Plaza Way and William Street on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for traffic violation.

Summons

• Braeden P. Bowen, 20, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for animal maintaining a nuisance.

Assaults

• Domestic assault was reported.
• Assault and trespassing were reported at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.

Thefts

• Change was reported stolen from a motor vehicle at 1412 Lexington Ave.
• Medications and money were reported stolen at 2021 Independence St.

Property damage

• A vehicle was reported damaged at 10 Rivercrest Drive.

Miscellaneous

• Fraudulent use of a credit or debit device was reported.
• Forgery was reported at Cape Regional Credit Union, 2427 Cape Centre Drive.
• Fraudulent use of a credit or debit device was reported.
