Arrests

  • Jimmy Walker, 1714 Montgomery St., was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest and forgery.
  • Suspect in custody pending filing of formal charges for possession of controlled substance, and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia at 211 Saint Francis Drive.
  • Suspect in custody pending filing of formal charges of assault on a law enforcement officer.

Summons

  • Kimberly Shultz of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for leash law violation, no animal city license, animal declared vicious, and animal neglect.

Thefts

  • Clothing was reported stolen at J.C. Penney, 3049 William Street.

  • An Xbox, iPad and money was reported stolen and a window damaged at 1437 Luce St.
  • Burglary was reported at 509 S. Henderson Ave.
  • A window screen was reported damaged at 1405 Ozark St.

Assault

  • Assault and armed criminal action was reported at 921 William St.
  • Assault was reported at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.
  • Domestic assault was reported.

Property damage

  • A window screen was reported damaged at 1405 Ozark St.
  • A window was reported damaged at 127 N. Water St.

Miscellaneous

  • Interference with custody was reported.
  • Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported at 2916 LaMesa Drive.
  • Interference with custody was reported.
  • A 2001 white Dodge Durango was towed from 3049 William St.
  • A 1996 gray Cadillac DeVille was towed from Conservation Drive.
