The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Brendon George Smith, 19, of Park Hills, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing from Sam's Club, 232 Shirley Drive.

* Lance Michael Seiberlich, 19, of Park Hills, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing from Sam's Club, 232 Shirley Drive.

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges of child endangerment.

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges of trespassing.

* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for being a runaway.

Thefts

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 11 S. Hanover St.

* A cell phone was reported stolen at 2807 Quince St.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* A laptop computer and a satellite receiver were reported stolen at 3439 William St.

* Lumber, baseboards, an air conditioner, a refrigerator, a power sprayer, assorted tools and paint were reported stolen at 1415 N. Spanish St.

* A purse was reported stolen at 1428 Ozark St.

Property damage

* Property damage motivated by discrimination was reported at 1037 N. Middle St.

* A vehicle was reported scratched at 410 Kiwanis Drive.

Miscellaneous

* A violation of an order of protection was reported.

* Rent One, 105 S. Mount Auburn Road, reported rental property unreturned.

* Truancy was reported.

* A 37-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* Harassment was reported.
