The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
* Brandon D. Bell, 30, of Brownwood, Texas, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
* Troy A. Figliolo, 27, 812 Locust St., was arrested on suspicion of a peace disturbance.
* Joshua J. Smith, 23, 2040 Broadway, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
* Brandon E. Geiger, 19, 203 Clark Ave., was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance.
* Joshua Johnson, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a contempt of court warrant.
* Larry J. Robinson, 48, of Springfield, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
* Johnathan S. Conley, 30, 45 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court.
Summons
* Lindsay D. Newell, 23, 608 Sycamore Circle, received a summons for possession of marijuana.
Assaults
* A third-degree assault was reported.
* Third-degree domestic assault was reported.
Thefts
* A total of $1,200 in tax refund money was reported stolen from 410 Themis St.
* Jewelry was reported stolen from 643 S. Sprigg St.
* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.
* Money was reported stolen.
* A vehicle was reported stolen from 409 Sheridan Drive.
* AAA Mini Storage, 1815 Cape LaCroix Road, reported a metal drop box stolen.
* Two satellite radios and currency were reported stolen from 205 Caruthers Avenue.
* A guitar case and guitar were reported stolen, then recovered, at 701 N. Main St. A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of theft.
* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.
Burglary
* A second-degree burglary was reported.
* Second-degree burglary was reported at 650 N. Henderson Ave.
Property damage
* Property damage was reported at 237 N. Ellis St.
Miscellaneous
* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.
* A 26-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
* A 20-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
