DWI

* George G. McFall, 50, of Scott City received a summons for driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility.

Arrests

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Herman J. Gardner, 32, 516 Cape Meadows Circle, No. 39, was arrested on a warrant for parole violation.

* Jessica A. Bohnert, 31, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for probation violation, failure to appear for nuisance party, property free of litter and posting notices.

* Maria D. Griggs, 33, of Potosi, Mo., was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant for failure to appear for a traffic violation.

* Elizabeth J. Peters, 45, 411 Albert St., was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Ryan L. Sterling, 26, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Kenneth L. Mascioli, 53, 200 Morgan Oak St., was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.

* Terry E. Moore, 31, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for failure to pay fine for no operator's license.

* Donald L. Rivenburgh, 65, 3114 Mimosa St., received a summons for excessive weed growth.

* Terry Allen, 25, 1112 Bloomfield St., received a summons for excessive weed growth.

* Rita R. Todd, 38, 502 Louis St., received a summons for animal leash law violation and animal city license required.
