CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Justin T. McGuire, 21, 442 S. Spring St., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated and failure to use headlights.

Arrests

* Shannon M. Adams, 34, 817 S. Pacific St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for excessive growth of weeds and failure to appear for trial for failure to appear for excessive growth of weeds.

* Barbara A. Pinkston, 49, 315 Maston St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Steven S. Hayes, 37, 1406 Bloomfield St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

Summonses

* Kevin F. Alexander, 38, 1240 Marilyn Drive, was issued a summons for peace disturbance.

* Ryan D. Steck, 36, 1552 Oak Lei Drive, was issued a summons for peace disturbance.

* Maria D. Agular, no age given, 1629 Luce St., was issued a summons for striking a legally parked vehicle and driving without a valid driver's license.

* Jared T. Guzman, no age given, 2440 Melrose Ave., was issued a summons for failure to drive on the right half of the roadway

* Trey A. Simpson, no age given, 1640 N. Spanish St., No. 2, was issued a summons for following too close.

* Stephanie S. Mier, no age given, of Chaffee, Mo., was issued a summons for striking a lawfully parked vehicle and leaving the scene.

* Danielle M. Jones, no age given, 381 St. Mary's Rd., Ste. Genevieve, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Dolores J. Lowe, no age given, 105 S. Ellis St., was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* A window pane was reported destroyed at 6 Village Drive.
