The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Mark A. Guillen, 23, 1025 Good Hope St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for failure to pay fines for speeding and suspended operator's license, a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing and a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for speeding.
* Shaun R. Kinsey, 35, homeless, was arrested on a Michigan State warrant for dangerous drugs.
* Steven K. Tittle, no age given, of Roanoke, Texas, was issued a summons for improper backing.
* Sabrina L. Busby, no age given, of Thebes, Ill., was issued a summons for following too close.
* Karley N. Ing, no age given, 2500 Windy Hill Lane, was issued a summons for failure to yield.
* Elizabeth W. Via, no age given, of St. Mary, Mo., was issued a summons for improper lane change.
* Alicia N. Lucas, no age given, of 519 Vincent Park Drive, was issued a summons for failure to yield.
* Burglary and theft of a television and DVD player were reported at 219 S. Pacific St.
* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.
* Kidd's, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.
* Sugar Buzz Bakery, 1929 Independence St., reported theft of money.
* Helpers Moving and Storage, 1545 Independence St., reported theft of currency.
* Sugar Buzz Bakery, 1929 Independence St., reported theft of money.
* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.
* Theft of an iPhone was reported at 2402 Tanner Drive.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault, theft and unlawful use of a weapon.
* Damage to a vehicle, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon were reported at 2213 Lakewood Drive.
* A 25-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported.
* An animal bite was reported.
