CAPE GIRARDEAU
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
- Cedric C. Moore Jr., 23, of Jackson was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court.
- Alaine L. Hamilton, 20, 1000 Towers Circle, was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for a traffic offense.
- Fernando J. Whigham, 22, of Florissant, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked.
- Carl J. Thrasher, 20, of Parma, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a peace disturbance.
- James K. Lee, 76, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for improper registration.
- Renee L. Brown, 45, 45 S. West End Blvd., No. 104, was arrested on three Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear for larceny.
- Zachary Ricks, 31, 801 Good Hope St., No. 6, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation for leaving the scene of an accident.
- A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing shoes and trespassing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
Summons
- Gwendolyn M. Coulson, 61, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for animal maintaining a nuisance at 3027 Minutemen Way.
Burglary
- Burglary and damage to a window and screen, door and frame were reported at 460 Mason St.
Thefts
- Paperwork and money were reported stolen at 11 S. Lorimier St.
- Dresses, DVDs, a Missouri non-driver's license and It Works! boxes were reported stolen at 915 N. Frederick St.
- A license plate was reported stolen from a motor vehicle at 219 S. Pacific St.
- An iPhone 5C and iPhone 6 Plus were reported stolen at 1075 S. West End Blvd.
- Theft of a trumpet and tampering with a motor vehicle were reported at 2700 Pioneer Drive.
Miscellaneous
- Identity theft was reported.
- A 14-year-old boy was placed in protective custody.

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
- Corey A. Pech, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on County Road 318 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
- Curtis D. Holt, 36, of Oak Ridge was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation violation, violating an order of protection and probation violation, endangering the welfare of a child.
- Carlos M. Pawnell, 20, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault and possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana.
- Ashley J. Wallace, 31, of Gibson, Tennessee, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for theft.
- Terry J. Zeigler, 39, no address listed, was arrested on Lindsey Lane on suspicion of second-degree assault.
- Joshua D. Hormann, 27, of Whitewater was arrested on U.S. 61 on suspicion of driving while revoked.
- Anthony D. Griesbaum, 37, of Jackson was arrested at Route W and County Road 618 on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
- David M. Knight Jr., 24, of Jackson was arrested on County Road 206 on suspicion of driving while revoked.
