The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* William E. Adams, 50, 21 N. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Terry L. Morrow, 42, of East Prairie, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of violation of an order of protection.

* Matthew D. Dees, 40, 2001 Themis St., was arrested on a warrant.

* Tia A. Bell, 35, of McClure, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.

* Deandre Betts, 24, 624 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for possession of marijuana.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing at Kohl's Department Store, 315 Shirley Drive.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of unlawful use of a weapon.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing.

Summonses

* Leeanna J. Ramsey, no age give, of McClure, Ill., was issued a summons for following too close.

* Burglary and theft of Social Security cards, cash and a black safe were reported at 547 Olive St.

* Assault was reported at 1701 Lacey St.

* Peace disturbance was reported on North Kingshighway.
