Arrests

• Jacquelyn Westbrook, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a warrant.
• Paige Kirn of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of stealing from J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.
• Sarah Patterson of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of stealing from J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.
• Joseph Chaney, no age given, homeless, was arrested on a warrant.
• A suspect was in custody pending charges of resisting arrest, possession of methamphetamine, no operator's license and leaving the scene of an accident.
• Kenneth B. Hobeck, 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for no insurance, no operator's license and receiving stolen property.
• Shawna M. Odom, 41, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for improper registration, suspended operator's license and false declaration and a Scott County warrant for probation violation.
• A suspect was in custody pending charges of violation of order of protection.
• A 14-year-old girl was taken into custody as an incorrigible juvenile.

• Roberto Vasquez-Velasco, 27, 622 Boxwood Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to yield right of way.
