The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Travis D. Nelson, 26, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of failure to return to confinement.

* Deshone S. Bailey, 30, 2806 Independence St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of robbery.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of being a visibly intoxicated minor.

Summonses

* Darrell R.D. Porter, 27, 2920 Perryville Road, received a summons for failure to maintain property free of trash and litter, allowing stagnant water to remain in a pool and accumulating trash and litter.

* Dustin S. King, 21, 102 N. Park Ave., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for no operator's license, failure to appear for being a minor in possession of alcohol and failure to appear for contempt of court for being a minor in possession.

Assaults

* Domestic assault and child abuse were reported.

Thefts

* A license plate was reported stolen at 1032 Caufield Drive.

* A license plate was reported stolen at 1817 Longview Drive.

* Money was reported stolen at 2400 Veterans Memorial Drive.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

* A TV, printer and digital volt meter were reported stolen.

* A PlayStation 3, TV, shotgun, class ring and two watches were reported stolen at 225 O'Connell Drive.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported at 386 Country Club Drive.

* An end table, glass top, drinking glass and cereal bowl were reported damaged at 1439 Whitener St.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported at 221 S. Ellis St.

Miscellaneous

* An animal bite was reported.

* Unlawful possession of a concealable firearm was reported.

* Trespassing was reported at 1020 Independence St.

* A 56-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* Phone harassment was reported.
