DWI
- Jakob Payne, no age given, 236 Caygua Lane, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle and failure to drive on the right side of the roadway.
Arrests
- Tricia Ann Roberts, 27, 800 West Rodney Drive, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.
- Chasity Ranah Harris, 36, 1121 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing t Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.
- Diana Jean Hale, 29, 915 N. Fountain St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing and assault at 19 S. Kingshighway.
- Mitchael Orlan Smith, 43, 934 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Miner, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.
- George Leon Whitehead, 26, 124 B St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving under the influence, and a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for trespassing.
- Jessica LaFaye McElrath, 26, of Mounds, Illinois, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
- A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of resisting arrest and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
- A 16-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for assault.
- Jacquelyn L. Westbrook, 39, 2038 Woodlawn Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Thefts
- Assorted tools were reported stolen at Lowe's.
- A gold 2009 Ford Focus with Missouri license plate DH8-X8S was reported stolen at 2500 Spartech Drive.
- Identity theft was reported.
- Copper downspouts were reported stolen at Trinity Lutheran Church, 100 N. Frederick Street.
- Prescription medication was reported stolen at 1701 Lacey St.
- Identity theft was reported.
- Money was reported stolen at 221 S. Broadview St.
- A battery charger and rechargeable battery were reported stolen at S&S Interiors, 401 S. Kingshighway.
- Theft was reported at 2431 Horseshoe Ridge.
Miscellaneous
- Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
- Fraudulently stopping payment of an instrument was reported.
- An animal bite was reported at 807 Maple St.
- A 44-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.

- Steven M. Trout, 34, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
