The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Carol L. Whitehead, 50, of Clarksville, Tenn., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to drive within a single lane and no insurance.

Arrests

* Cedrick A. Jenkins, 42, 431 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear for property damage and for probation violation for assault, and on a Sikeson, Mo., warrant for contempt of court and disorderly conduct.

* Michael C. Worley, 66, 505 N. Kingshighway, No. 116, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear and on a Missouri warrant for parole violation.

* Rodney L. Coomer, 53, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for tampering with a motor vehicle.

* Jeremy J. Haynes, 23, 1808 N. Main St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

* Brandi M. Hale, 30, of Tamms, Ill., was arrested on a Miner, Mo., warrant for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance.

* Synetta L. Dale, 20, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding.

* Jamie M. Depree, 33, 103 N. Henderson, was issued a summons for trash nuisance.

* Raul R. Rivero Jr., no age given, 208 Greenbrier Drive, was issued a summons for an improper lane change.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

Burglaries

* Grass Roots BMW, 28 S. Spanish St., reported burglary and tires and batteries stolen.

* Burglary and theft of an iPad, PlayStation 3 and firearms were reported at 1808 Delwin Drive.

* Burglary and damage to a window frame, door lock, screen window and window were reported at 1808 N. Main St.

Theft

* Theft of a motor vehicle was reported at 2777 Lynnwood Drive, No. 4.

Miscellaneous

* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported at 909 Hackberry St., No. 201.

* Forgery was reported.

* Two 14-year-old girls were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of a peace disturbance.
