* Bobbie J. Purkey, 34, 1124 Cousin St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Ronald G. Elbert, 32, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest and driving while suspended.

* Lee A. Rodgers, 41, of Hernando, Fla., was arrested on suspicion of stealing, possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

* A 13-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of intentionally inhaling the fumes of a solvent.

* Laseric Danner, 25, 628 Olive St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Walter W. Gordon, 25, of Oran, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for leash-law violations and failure to appear for no city dog license.

* A 13-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.
