The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Brandon M. Depree, 31, 70 Sheridan Drive, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Daivon L. Harris, 22. of Murphysboro, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene and driving while revoked.
* Devin E. Smith, 26, 801 Good Hope St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for trespassing.
* Justin C. Wiseman, 28, of McClure, Ill., was issued a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.
* Tonya M. Morrison, 41, of McClure, Ill., was issued a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.
* Evan M. Crumpecker, 24, 1404 Lexington Ave., No. 16, was issued a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.
* Ryan T. Harter, 21, 314 S. Ellis St., was issued a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.
* Craig A. Noble, 29, 2859 Whitener St., No. B-3, was issued a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.
* Judith K. Rose, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for improper turn.
* Leanna D. Leimer, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for following too close.
* Tom's Batteries, 211 Aquamsi St., reported burglary and the theft of batteries.
* Pro Car Wash, 2418 Bloomfield Road, reported cash stolen and damage to vacuum machines, carwash panel and key pad.
* Budget Blinds, 2148 William St., reported a door lock damaged.
* Endangering the welfare of a child was reported.
