The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Rebecca L. Day, 38, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of attempted escape from confinement.

* Cedrick A. Jenkins, 42, 431 West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and resisting arrest, and was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear for property damage and probation violation.

* Blake A. Adams, 21, 1700 Hermitage Drive, was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.

* Anthony D. Bundy, 21, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of theft.

* Jeremiah D. Rhymer, 40, 425 Broadway was arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance and possession of a controlled substance.

* Thomas M. Haynes, 19, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of tampering.

* William R. Whitman, 48, of Amarillo, Texas, was arrested on a Texas State warrant for parole violation for marijuana.

* Lennie Dickerson, 44, 1004 S. Benton St., was issued a summons for theft.

* Shon W. Ardoin, no age given, of Krotz Springs, La., was issued a summons for failure to stop at a red light.

* James M. Wilson, no age given, of House Springs, Mo., was issued a summons for following too close.

Burglary

* Burglary and the theft of a computer tower, PlayStation 3, jewelry and keys were reported.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

* Theft was reported.

* Theft of license plates was reported at 40 S. Sprigg St.

* Theft of a firearm was reported at 40 S. Sprigg St.

Miscellaneous

* Service was requested.

* Possession of marijuana was reported.
