The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Marcus W. Robison, 29, of St. Louis was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated, failure to use headlights and crossing the center lane of travel.
* John A. Sherman, 44, 422 Bellevue St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Daivon L. Harris, 22, of Murphysboro, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
* Three suspects were in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.
* Ashley D.L. Young, 23, 816 Themis St., Apt. 102, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration and was issued a summons for peace disturbance.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of marijuana and failure to signal.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of unlawful use of a weapon and unlawful possession of a concealable firearm.
* Deandre Betts, 24, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for failure to pay fine and costs for indecent exposure and walking in the street.
* Tasch L. Bierschwal, no age given, 1400 S. West End Blvd., was issued a summons for no insurance.
* An iPod Nano, iTunes gift card and leather wallet were reported stolen at 611 S. West End Blvd.
* Stealing and forgery were reported.
* Tires and wheels were reported stolen at 121 East Rodney Drive.
* Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway, reported shoplifting.
* A U-Haul 17-foot, 2010 white-and-orange Ford box truck was reported stolen at 740 S. Kingshighway.
* A Missouri license plate was reported stolen at 211 Saint Francis Drive.
* Assault was reported at 436 S. Spring Ave.
* Harassment was reported.
* Assist other agency was reported.
* Making a terrorist threat was reported.
* A 34-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* A request for service was made.
